At Minimotiv, we strive to provide high-quality RC cars and hobby products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging, accessories, and tags

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Heavily discounted items (20% or more)

  • Buy X Get Y or promotional offers

  • Used or damaged items (caused by customer)

  • Customized or special order products

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Once your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • Do not send items without approval (they will not be accepted)

Damaged / Wrong Product

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product

👉 Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or solution.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Defective item received

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange Conditions

  • Request must be raised within 3 days

  • Product must be in original condition

  • Exchange allowed only once per order

  • Subject to product availability

Exchange Charges

  • Free (if defect or wrong item)

  • ₹200 charge (for customer preference/change of mind)

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Product is defective

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Issue is verified by our team

Refund Details

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days

  • ₹200 may be deducted as logistics/handling fee (if applicable)

  • Refund will be credited as per bank/payment gateway timeline

Return Shipping

  • Free pickup for defective/wrong items

  • ₹200 return charge for customer-initiated returns

  • If self-shipping, use registered courier only

Important Guidelines

  • Do not return items without approval

Do’s & Don’ts While Receiving Order

  • Do not accept packages that are tampered or damaged

  • For COD orders, payment must be completed before opening

  • Ensure someone is available at delivery address during working hours

Product Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to:

    • Lighting and photography

    • Screen display differences

    • Manufacturing tolerances in RC models

These are not considered defects.
